So, this summer I've been trying to work out more! Get back into a routine! So, I've been doing yoga every morning with my mom, and trying to run in the evenings. My schedule is a little different like everyday, so it's not always the exact thing, but I try and get in as much as I can! And I've been loving this though! I feel so energized after my daily yoga, and on top of the World after I run! I want to start training for a triathlon. I'm working on getting a good bike, or figuring somethin' out! But I want to make a goal to start doing more races. I ran in the 5K during Memorial Day weekend, and did it in under 30 minutes which was pretty much my only goal. ha ha to see where I was at! But I want to start doing more of those, and then run a marathon, or half marathon at least in a year or less from now!! And I DEFINITELY want to do some kind of race with my Santa Suit at Christmas time when they have Santa runs!!!! :D Anyone interested in training with me?!?
